  2. Setup: We set up the tenant and domain, create mailboxes, groups and shared access, enable multi-factor authentication and put security policies in place for devices and sign-ins. We migrate existing mailboxes outside your working hours so nobody is interrupted.

That depends on how your team works and which security features you need. We don't automatically recommend the most expensive plan, but the one that fits your actual needs, and we explain the differences in plain language.

Yes. Emails, calendars, contacts and files are moved to your new tenant without any data loss. Your existing domain stays the same, so nothing changes about the email addresses for your customers and employees.

You let us know the start date, and we set up the mailbox, license and Teams access in good time beforehand. When someone leaves, it works the other way round: access is reliably blocked at the agreed time.

Only to a limited extent. Microsoft keeps deleted data for a limited period only: that's not a full backup against accidental deletion, ransomware or errors from further back. We set up an additional, independent backup for this.

Yes, as standard. Every account is protected with a second factor in addition to the password, and we set up sign-in policies that automatically block or report suspicious access attempts.
